What we collect when you use amanacommerce.com or talk to us, and what we do with it.

Who we are

Amana Commerce is run by Samih Jomaa, who decides how this data is used. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

When you run the free store check: the web address you enter, the result, the page you used, your country (from your connection) and a scrambled code made from your IP address that changes every day, so we can stop abuse. We never store the IP address itself.
When you send the audit form: what you type (name, store, link, country, phone, plan, message), with the same country and daily code.
When you message or email us: the messages and the contact details you use.
When we contact a business first: its website, its country, the contact details it publishes on its own website or in a public business listing, and whether it answered. If you say no, we keep only what we need to never contact you again.
Visits: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts them without cookies and without building a profile of you. The site remembers the country you pick in your own browser (local storage), only to show the right prices.

Why we use it

To answer you, prepare a check or a quote, do the work you ask for, send invoices and keep the site safe. For a business we contact first, to ask once whether it wants a free screenshot of a problem we found. We never sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

Only the services we need to run Amana Commerce: Cloudflare (hosting, the form, the store check and email forwarding), WhatsApp (Meta) for chats, our email provider (Microsoft Outlook), the software that helps us prepare checks, quotes and store texts (some of it uses AI) and, if you become a client, the payment service you pay through.

How long we keep it

Store checks and form requests: 180 days, then deleted automatically.
Messages and emails: while we work together, or until you ask us to delete them.
Invoices: as long as tax rules require.
The do-not-contact list: kept, so that we never contact you again.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop all messages: email [email protected] or reply "stop". We answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
