Terms of service
The rules for every job we do. Your proposal sets the scope, price and timeline; these terms cover the rest.

Who you deal with
Amana Commerce is a trading name of Samih Jomaa. When the company is set up, these terms move to it and we will tell you.
Proposal and scope
Every job starts with a written proposal: what we will do, the price, the timeline and what we need from you. Anything not in the proposal is quoted separately before we do it.
Price and payment
Prices are fixed and in US dollars. You pay half before we start and half when the work is ready, before we hand it over. Monthly plans are paid at the start of each month and can be stopped at any time; the month already paid is not refunded. Each side pays its own bank or payment fees.
Timeline
The timeline starts when the first payment arrives and we have the access and content listed in the proposal. If something we need comes late, the timeline moves by the same amount.
Changes and fixes
Each delivery includes two rounds of changes. After launch, we fix any bug in our own work for free for 14 days.
What you provide
Correct content and the right to use it (logo, photos, texts). Your Shopify plan, apps, domain and payment accounts are in your name and paid by you. You stay responsible for your products, prices, policies and the laws that apply to your shop.
Access
On Shopify we use a collaborator account, so you never share your password. We remove our access when the job ends or whenever you ask.
Ownership
After the final payment, everything we made for your store is yours. We keep our own tools and know-how. We show your store in our portfolio only if you agree.
Other companies
Shopify, apps, payment providers (such as KNET, mada or mobile money) and couriers are separate companies. We set them up and connect them, but we do not control their approvals, fees, rules or outages.
AI features
A person checks AI-written texts and translations before they go live, and you approve the final version. An AI assistant can still make mistakes, so you can switch any AI feature off at any time.
Results
We work to improve speed, design and sales, but we cannot promise a level of sales or a position on Google or in AI answers.
Cancelling
If you cancel before we start, we refund the first payment in full. After we start, the first payment covers the work done. If we cannot deliver what the proposal says, we refund the part we did not deliver.
Liability
Our total liability for a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. We are not liable for lost profits or other indirect losses.
Confidentiality
We keep your store data, sales figures and access private and use them only for your job.
