Prices use the country where the business buying the service is registered. For an unregistered business, we use the country where it mainly operates. Selling to customers in other countries does not change your pricing country. Your quote states the country used and the agreed price in USD. Fixed prices are for Shopify. Salla, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Odoo, Zoho and from-scratch builds are quoted. 50% to start, 50% when the agreed work is complete. For stores with checkout, completion includes a successful test order on your domain. For Go Online, it includes testing the catalogue and WhatsApp order links. Standalone services have their completion checks written into the quote. Shopify and app fees are paid directly to Shopify, in your name.

Questions shops ask us
How do I pay you?
In USD, by card or bank transfer (Payoneer and Grey work too). Half to start, half when the agreed work is complete. Care and growth plans are monthly, cancel anytime.
Who owns the store?
You do. The Shopify account, domain, products, customers and money are all in your name. We only get staff access while we work, and you can remove it in one click at any time.
How long does it take?
Go Online: 5 to 7 working days. Store Starter: 10 working days. Store Launch: 2 to 4 weeks. Brand Store: 5 to 8 weeks. The time starts once we have your products, photos and access.
Are there other monthly costs?
Your total depends on your Shopify plan, paid apps and any Amana services you choose. WhatsApp message fees and ad spend are separate. Your quote lists setup and monthly costs.
Which countries do you work in?
The Gulf first: Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. We also work in Lebanon and across the Middle East and Africa, fully online, with local payment, delivery and price details ready for 24 countries, including Egypt, Morocco, Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, South Africa, Côte d'Ivoire and Senegal. Prices use the country where your business is registered, or where it mainly operates if it is not registered.
Who will I deal with, and who does the work?
You contract with Samih Jomaa, trading as Amana Commerce, and he is your one contact on every job. A team of expert developers does the work, including Odoo developers and developers experienced in UI/UX design, with experience on platforms including Salla and BigCommerce, and he checks it before it goes live. We use modern tools including AI. If an urgent problem hits your store, message us on WhatsApp.
