Cash on delivery protection
Every cash-on-delivery order is checked for risk (new number, unusual basket, past refusals) and the risky ones are confirmed with the buyer on WhatsApp before a rider leaves. It matches messy addresses to your delivery fee and matches mobile-money screenshots to order details; a screenshot does not prove the money arrived. An optional deposit asks the buyer to pay a small part by mobile money before dispatch, made to cut fake orders.
Smart follow-ups
Product suggestions in the cart, then WhatsApp messages at the right moment: a new payment link or cash on delivery when a payment fails, abandoned cart and back-in-stock reminders, and a one-tap reorder before regular buyers run out.

Cash on delivery protection
Risky orders confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch, messy addresses matched to the right delivery fee, and payment screenshots matched to order details (they do not prove the money arrived). Optional deposit: the buyer pays a small part by mobile money before dispatch, the rest on delivery.
Prices use the country where the business buying the service is registered. For an unregistered business, we use the country where it mainly operates. Selling to customers in other countries does not change your pricing country. Your quote states the country used and the agreed price in USD. Fixed prices are for Shopify. Salla, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Odoo, Zoho and from-scratch builds are quoted. 50% to start, 50% when the agreed work is complete. For stores with checkout, completion includes a successful test order on your domain. For Go Online, it includes testing the catalogue and WhatsApp order links. Standalone services have their completion checks written into the quote. Shopify and app fees are paid directly to Shopify, in your name.
